HOPE has succesfully negotiated a grievance/complaint process. Many disciplines in each home have been removed or reduced. The other grievances have been scheduled for Mediation/Arbitration. If you are wondering about your grievance please speak to a steward or your representative. They will tell you what stage your grievance is at.
